The setting of this brand-new hotel is nice and magnificent, close to the metro station, shops, and popular districts. There's a variety of restaurants to choose from, like the Old Spaghetti Factory, located within a 15-minute walk. I had a pleasant stay and didn't want to leave; I would have extended my stay.

Very pleasant overall experience. Lovely place for a 4-night stay. Spotless units with large table and three large beds, for example. Location really close to Near Inaricho station, convenient stores and a quiet neighbourhood. Also, very near subway.

Appreciated climate control, flat-screen TV, and a microwave oven in the room. It was a perfect location right by Inaricho station and train station.

There was no proper reception, which made it difficult to get information and receive online shopping deliveries. the kitchen utensils were in poor condition, and there was no bathroom mat, making it uncomfortable to step on the wet floor after a shower.

I recently stayed at Ostay Ueno Hotel for my second trip to Japan. The location was perfect, just a 1-minute walk from Inaricho station and a short 10-minute walk to Ueno. The room was incredibly spacious compared to other options in Tokyo. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bed was super comfortable. I loved the multi-control feature in the bathroom, which was great for drying wet clothes. The Japanese bidet system was also a nice touch. Additionally, the communication with the hotel through WhatsApp was prompt and friendly. I highly recommend Evergreen Hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo.

Ostay Ueno Hotel Apartment was a great value for money, with new, clean, and spacious rooms. The location was convenient, with easy access to JR and subway stations. The staff provided excellent service, responding quickly to any issues we had.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be a wider variety of items.
